How to Unhide Folders or Files in CMD

Hiding is the most of the effects after Virus infection on your files or folders.

I experience it a lot of time since I start using USB flash and external hard drives. It is so irritating whenever your files become hidden and unable to restore it in its normal view in a simple procedures. So, I search over the Internet on how to get rid of it after the virus infection.

First, click START Menu

>All Programs

>Accessories

>  Command Prompt

or press WINDOWS key and "R"

To open RUN Application

Then type CMD, then press ENTER

and it shows like this

Then type the letter of your USB Flash drive. 

Example: F:

Then type ATTRIB -s -h -r -a *.* /s /d and press ENTER

Now, all your files and folders will return into normal view.
